The moment you follow an order link you are on the seller’s site. What you type into their checkout is governed by their policy — we never see it and never receive it.
What is recorded
Because you sent it
An email to us brings your address and whatever you wrote. Both stay only as long as the exchange needs, then they are cleared out.
Because a web server logs it

- A timestamp
