Respiratory conditions — read this part
This category carries higher stakes than most, so we will be blunt. BreathiZen does not treat asthma, COPD, bronchitis, emphysema or anything else a doctor has diagnosed. It substitutes for no inhaler, no nebuliser and no prescription. If you carry a rescue inhaler, carry on carrying it and use it exactly as instructed. Do not taper anything prescribed because a supplement has entered the picture. Breathing that is getting worse is a matter for a clinician, not a purchase.

On the ingredients
Where we describe a botanical, we describe that botanical in general and largely as it has traditionally been used. None of it constitutes a finding about this particular formula, and no clinical trial of the finished product could be located. What holds for a plant studied in isolation does not automatically carry over to a botanical spray combining it with four others.
On pricing
